WHAT IS SPORTS THERAPY?

Sports Therapy focuses on the prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries.

The therapist uses a number of modalities with the goal of returning the client to optimum levels of functional,
occupational and where appropriate sports-specific fitness in the shortest, safest time possible.

                                             NOT JUST FOR ATHLETES...

Although originally designed with the needs of athletes in mind, Sports Therapy can be used to treat people of all ages and backgrounds
suffering from  a range of common aches & pains due to muscular complaints arising from  injuries sustained through accidents, falls,
recreational activity or in the workplace.

OTHER ASPECTS OF SPORTS THERAPY...

Sports Therapist’s have a broad range of skills so whether you need treatment for a specific injury, advice on fitness and nutrition or
just to relax for an hour we have something to offer!
